BIO

Lucia Bricco (Torino, 1988) è un’artista italiana con sede ad Atene (GR) dal 2018. 
Ha studiato all’Accademia Albertina di Torino (IT), all’Academia Complutense de Madrid (ES) e all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma (IT). Ha conseguito il master nel 2015 con la tesi di laurea In mezzo, indagine sulla visione. Studio delle possibilità dell’abitare uno scambio. 
Il suo lavoro è incentrato sullo spazio, con uno sguardo insieme privato e collettivo. Si interessa della convivenza, complessità e mutevolezza degli elementi. 

Dal 2015 ha partecipato a diverse residenze, mostre e festival di performance in Italia, Spagna, Polonia, Ucraina, Germania, Grecia, Francia, Repubblica Ceca, Bielorussia tra cui: 2020 Performance Crossing, Praga (CZ); 2019 ZABIH Performance Festival, Lviv (UA), Performensk, Minsk (BY), This is the girl, A.T.E.N.A., Sète (FR), Platform Project ‘19 in rappresentanza di Sub Rosa Space ad Atene (GR); 2018 organizza gli eventi Turin Table - Performance Art Week con il supporto della Città di Torino, e The Exhibition in a little Swimming Pool in Athens, Le tre capre (τρεισ κατσίκες), solo show, Sub Rosa Space, Athens (GR) 2017 Extrem moment as lasting value, performance workshop guidato da Helge Meyer a Köln (DE); Forming inattention: becoming lost, workshop di Sandra Johnston a Museumsbahnsteig, Oberhausen (DE); Performance Platform Lublin e workshop Performance as experiment, condotto da Marylin Arsem, Galeria Labirynt, Lublin (PL); 2016 Rome meet Glasgow, Museo MACRO Testaccio, Roma (IT); Fuori uso, Pescara(IT); 2015/16 Citè internationale des Arts, residenza a Parigi (FR); 2015 Uscita d’emergenza, Museo MACRO Testaccio di Roma (IT); Siderare ‘15, Fondazione VOLUME! , Roma (IT); TheOthers, Premio Rock The Academy, Ex Carcere Le Nuove, Torino (IT).

Lucia Bricco (Turin, 1988) is an Italian artist based in Athens (GR) since 2018. 
She studied at the Accademia Albertina in Turin (IT), in the Academia Complutense de Madrid (ES), and in the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome (IT). She got her master’s degree in 2015 with the degree thesis In Between, investigation on the vision. Study of the possibilities of living an exchange. 
Her work is focused on space, approached in both private and collective way. She’s interested in the coexistence, complexity and changeability of elements.
